SENATE BILL 05-100 DISCLOSURE

  Aspen Inn Apatments (DBA Aspen Mountain Condominium Association) was incorporated in
  1983, under the Colorado Non-Profit Corporation Act, Article 20, Title 7, C.R.S. 1973, for the
  purpose of establishing a condominium project under the Condominium Ownership Act of the
  State of Colorado, 38-33-101 et seq., C.R.S. 1973 (as amended).  The Declaration establishing
  such project was initially recorded November 30th, 1972 in Book 289 at Page 312, et seq., of the
  records of the Clerk and Recorder, County of Pitkin, State of Colorado.
